In order to be eligible for undergraduate programmes in Industrial Design, applicants need to have certified 10+2 from any recognized Board of Education.   • In order to be eligible for postgraduate programmes in Industrial Design, applicants need to have certified graduation in design from any UGC recognized university. They have to have acquired at the least 45-50% in aggregate in graduation. The eligibility standards of colleges for a program in Industrial Design shall range from each other. Candidates can be selected on the basis of their merit in the qualifying exam like 10+2 or graduation.

  • An entrance exam on the national level like UCEED/CEED can be conducted to shortlist applicants for the program. One round of GD/PI will also be carried out at the institute. Industrial Design Entrance Exams Industrial Design aspirants can be selected on the basis of the marks secured in one of the following entrance examinations:  Common Entrance Examination for Design (CEED), Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design (UCEED), Pearl Academy Entrance Exam, NIFT Entrance Exam and Other institute level entrance exam Industrial.
